Ring in the New Year with the team at The Walmer Castle. Our Head Chef & kitchen team have devised the perfect set menu to count down to midnight, enjoy a welcome glass of Taittinger Brut Champagne, followed by four courses of locally sourced & seasonally inspired dishes accompanied by live music from Pocket Jukebox.
